The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All my requests were provided on time. Ms. Raquel provided assistance and at the event. Other staff were helpful, including Mr Saeed, Ms. Jack, Jiya, Salman, and Mr Roy.
The gym could be open 24 hours. The listing stated 'non-smoking rooms,' but i was placed in a smoking room. I was told it was the only one available. I felt unwell for the entire trip after spending the night in that room. I suffered from a respiratory crisis.
